Today Focusrite have announced the Scarlett 2i4, a slightly larger version of the popular 2i2, featuring 4 line outputs plus MIDI I/O, making it ideal for use as either a studio or compact DJ interface.

The Scarlett 2i4 features two Focusrite preamps and four RCA outputs (two of which are also available as balanced 1/4 inch jack connections). The Scarlett 2i4 features the same classy design as its younger sibling, housed in a striking aluminium chassis. With high-quality preamps and 24-bit/96kHz converters, the Scarlett 2i4 provides amazing audio quality at an even more amazing price.
