This reputation has led to Synthax Audio UK (the UK suppliers of RME) announcing that they will provide a 5 year warranty on all new RME Audio products (excluding accessories) that are purchased from us!

As this extended warranty is administered and supported by Synthax Audio UK and not RME themselves, this offer is only available to customers buying from UK dealers such as us.

This 5 year warranty is the first of its kind to be offered on audio interfaces in the UK, so as well as proving the faith that Synthax have in RME products, it also gives peace of mind in the extremely unlikely event that something does go wrong.

This extended warranty applies to all RME products, excluding accessories, so whether you're purchasing a compact Babyface interface, a Fireface UFX with loads of connections and routing capabilities, or, well, any RME product(!), you can sit tight knowing that you will be offered the same extended after-sales service.
