FOCUSRITE NOVATION TRACK IN A DAY REMIX COMPETITION

Tim Harbour is not only a valued member of the Focusrite Novation team, but he is also a Dubstep/Drum & Bass producer, Continuum. In this project, Tim set about creating a Dubstep track from scratch in a day and he has backed this up with a Facebook remix competition.Tim used a host of Focusrite and Novation products to make his masterpiece and the remix competition gives you the chance to win over £1100-worth of similar products!

To enter the competition CLICK HERE to visit the Focusrite Facebook page and download the stems from Tim's track. Then, simply use your own equipment to create a unique remix of his track, ensuring that it is less than 4 minutes long and that the final mix is in MP3 format. Once you have completed it, visit Focusrite's Facebook page again and enter yourself into the competition!

Continuum and The Nextmen's Brad will shortlist 25 of the best tracks when the competition ends at 16:59 GMT on 31 January 2012 - a public vote will follow, so get all your friends and family to vote for your track!

The overall winner will take home the main prize and two runners up will each take home a VRM Box. Watch the two videos below, which show what you have to do and how Tim made the original track...
