ROLAND INTRODUCE NEW CUBE LITE GUITAR & MONITOR AMPLIFIERS

Roland have announced a new CUBE Lite series of table-top portable amplifiers. The CUBE Lite MONITOR Amplifier and the CUBE Lite GUITAR Amplifier (available in a range of colours) are designed for music practice, music lessons, home entertainment, meeting rooms and as a music system for your digital music library.

The two models share many features including a powerful 2.1 channel stereo sound system with integrated subwoofer and an i-CUBE LINK jack providing simple audio interfacing with Apple's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The included CUBE JAM app for iOS can play back songs and "minus-one" tracks (reducing centre-panned vocals and instruments), lets you change the playback tempo while maintaining the pitch and offers easy recording via the CUBE Lite back to your iOS device.

The CUBE Lite Guitar Amplifier features Roland's COSM guitar effects modeling, offering three great amp tones: JC CLEAN, CRUNCH and EXTREME, plus reverb and chorus effects, covering pretty much any style of music. The CUBE Lite Monitor Amplifier differs in that it has stereo line and microphone inputs, reverb and echo, but no guitar-specific effects and is available in white only, whereas the Guitar version is available in black, white, or red.
