**Pittsburgh Modular** have been busy over the winter and we’re happy to see the fruits of their labour have now been announced. Going under the name of Lifeforms, they have delivered the [SV-1](https://www.absolutemusic.co.uk/pittsburgh-modular-lifeforms-sv-1-eurorack-synthesizer-voice.html) Complete Synthesizer Module and the [KB-1](https://www.absolutemusic.co.uk/pittsburgh-modular-lifeforms-kb-1-eurorack-controller-module.html).
[The Lifeforms SV-1](https://www.absolutemusic.co.uk/pittsburgh-modular-lifeforms-sv-1-eurorack-synthesizer-voice.html) is a fully patchable synthesizer module, destined to be the heart and soul of any eurorack modular system. It features two independent, full-range analog oscillators, and the unmistakeable sound of the Pittsburgh Modular filter paired with a highly curated set of modular tools designed to fuel the creative fire.
The KB-1 is a fascinating control module featuring a 1 octave multi-function, capacitive touch keyboard with pressure sensitivity. It also features a powerful arpeggiator, step sequencer, preset voltage memory array and a pair of multi-mode trigger pads making it an ideal control centre for your Eurorack system.

As we all know, a modular needs a good, solid case with lots of clean power so Pittsburgh have introduced three new cases to give you exactly that. Their new line of Structure enclosures pushes eurorack case technology forward. With robust construction and new, innovative power supplies providing extreme amounts of clean, quiet power.
