1 HOUR WINDOW ON COURIER DELIVERIES!

Just a reminder that we offer a 1 hour delivery window on all our DPD courier deliveries, which is our standard service for all non-postal orders within the UK! This means that you don't have to sit at home all day, waiting for your parcel! Simply leave us either your mobile number and/or your e-mail address, and you will receive a text or e-mail (or both!) on the morning of delivery to inform you of the one hour window when your parcel will arrive with you! Our couriers, DPD, call this service 'Predict'.

So for example...

1. If you order with us on a Tuesday before our despatch cutoff point (try and get your orders in before 3:30pm), then your parcel will be sent out on a next working day delivery service as standard (mainland UK and selected islands only - deliveries to other areas will take longer on a standard service).

2. In the evening that your parcel was despatched, you will receive an e-mail from us that contains a tracking number for your delivery and you can track its progress by entering your code on the official * DPD website*.

3. On the Wednesday morning (next working day), you will receive either a text, an e-mail, or both (depending on what contact information you provided us with), informing you of the 1 hour delivery window when your items will be delivered (e.g. 'between 11:04 and 12:04', or 'between 12:30 and 13:30', etc.) From 2nd April 2012 you will also be notified of the driver's name!

4. Nowyou simply need to make sure that someone is at home to receive the delivery between those times! This means that you can plan your day without ever having to worry about missing your delivery!
